WHO IS THIS SERIES FOR:
Whether you’re totally new to the practice or feeling overwhelmed trying to piece things out in a drop-in class, I’d like to help you “connect the dots” so you can feel more comfortable, confident and skilful at the practice.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Each class in this series builds progressively onto the next. We’ll look at key postural and philosophical concepts, as well as breathing patterns and use of props to build a safe, comprehensive, and regular practice. We’ll have ample time for questions and insightful discussions so that you leave this course feeling knowledgeable and confident! By the end of this 4-week program, you’ll feel ready to attend many of our regular classes on your own, and connect with our warm and supportive community.
WHAT TO BRING:
Wear clothing that you’re comfortable moving in and a water bottle. We have yoga mats and all the props you need but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
